Help me with my CEL problem

Got a CEL for Manufacture Air and Fuel blah blah blah I forgot the rest...sorry

Anyways my cousin's friend says it's the MAF sensor.

btw my car is a '97 gsx

What do I do about it?
Do I need a new MAF sensor or should I just invest in a MAFT & GM 3" MAF sensor



Reset the ecu and it goes away but randomly pops up some times and I just keep resetting the ecu.

I can do 2-5 days without it popping up and some days it pops up 2 twice a day. I have to reset the ecu each time to make the CEL go away and if I don't reset the ecu the CEL never goes away.

Drives fine even with the CEL on.

Someone help me with this. It's freaken annoying!
