help me out with this fmic, t-25 question

Wow good post.I understood all your views,attitudes,etc...This is how I learn about my DSM and the direction I wanna take for modding it.I'm sure there's alot of peep @ this stage that have sim questions.I for one am wondering if I can get away w/ keeping my side-mount and add a water injection kit to compensate when going w/ a lil bigger turbo?

fair enough...in response to my "warning" what exactly did i say that violated any of those rules? NOTHING....i gave attitude because i recieved it...there were no insults being thrown, nor did i violate ANY of the rules....my previous post explained what my thought was on the parts i had bought...so everyone RELAX

You may not need the water injection kit at all... It really depends on which turbo you plan on going with and how much boost you plan on running. If you do decide on going with a bigger turbo and upping the boost quite a bit it would be beneficial to invest in a intercooler, whether it be a bigger side mount or a front mount.

Why keep sidemount,cause I'm trying to stay pretty much stock looking.I hate body work and the front bumper job is still under warranty from an insurance claim.I read somewhere that somebody using an injection kit had 0 heat/knock etc..when running a small 16g.I don't plan on going bigger than an EVO3 16g.Been lookin for a good used 14b close to home.I would like to incorporate my rear resevoir since I hardly ever push the button.No plans to go over 400hp.I will be running under 20lbs of boost.I read our stock sidemounts can't handle anything over 15lbs tho.It gets really hot here too.

To original poster: There are numerous dsm oriented parts vendors that carry the u bend you are looking for. Sorry about the members who got all pissy with you. I dont see any harm of running the t25 with your fmic. If the turbo gets overworked, dies, o well you are going to upgrade anyway.

trebornash: With an evo 3 16g you should be fine running a supra sidemount. You can pick them up pretty cheaply. Look for the larger supra sidemounts not the smaller ones. I forgot what years are the larger ones but if you look at pictures you should definately notice. Even the 14b is a great upgrade over the t25. Good Luck in any path you choose.
