I don't think I have seen anything more intimidating to a muscle car as when you can do an all wheel burnout. I have seen many muscle car owners picking up their jaws after. Granted the burnout cant be sustained but is impressive none the less.

Anyone ever record air temp post turbo with the t25 and stock sidemount at different psis? I'm intrested to see how much the temp raises at different psi...? I've heard turbos can heat up the air as much as 350-400 degrees f.

I have absolutely no problem busting at least the front tires loose with my T-25... I'm sure my 2600 has something to do with that though...

Kinda found this post a little far into it, but...I've had my T-25 set at 17psi for quite some time. I haven't "felt" any gains from running more than 17psi, but I really felt the loss if I set it anywhere lower.

Mine's a wrong wheel drive Automatic and rips the "tire" loose through 1st and 2nd at 17psi, but not at 14psi.

Mine never could maintain 17psi above 4500rpm (12psi @ 6000rpm), but my O2 housing and exhaust is stock. On steep hills or at high speeds, the boost would slowly creep up to 15psi or so above 4500rpm and it starts going lean (450cc injectors and 255HP Walbro pump).


The T25 did just give up on me and I'm back to driving a Mustang for a daily driver. It appears the oil line must have clogged since the turbo's shaft broke in half and it's not smoking at all.

Starting my search for a decent priced T28 and I'll probably be posting carnage pictures in a few days.

seems like the only disadvantage to the walbro is the noise, I'm a stickler for NVH, any other fuel pump that pumps more but is more quiet? I've read the supra fuel pump would fit
