Well, kinda. Looks like it's not the Denso Supra TT fuel pump that comes stock in a Supra, but a Walbro fuel pump designed to FIT into a Supra. Big difference. I don't even know why they're selling a Walbro 255HP for a Mk IV Supra TT-- doesn't the stock/OEM Supra pump flow more than 255 lph?

According to this page, yes: www.roadraceengineering.com/fuelpumpflowrates.htm

I'm getting a Supra Pump because it's quieter, and Denso is a good name. But you can't beat the price of the Walbros! There almost HALF the price.

im geting the walbro im going to dino mat most of the car anyways so i wont here the so called humming. n youre right on the price thats what grabs us guys trying to save a few bucks =)

Twitch i seen other people push 15 to 22lbs of boost and still make hp gains so its not just hot air just ask LarryD hes got the dino on hand.id recomend you get a fuel pump after 16lbs or you risk the dammage of lack of fuel to the motor and Bang or burning out the stock fuel pump.
just hold off on the boosting till you get suporting mods or the T28 with the mods Just my 0.02 cents

T25 (18psi), Injen Intake, Greddy Upper & Lower IC Piping, Greddy S Type BOV, Apexi N1 Exhaust, Apexi Front Pipe & Cat Bypass, Magnecor 8.5mm Wires, NGK Plugs, Greddy Profec B Boost Controller

2.428 6.307 9.462 80.07 12.123 14.380 99.75

I never ran it higher then that at the track..

i have a Greddy 16-row FMIC, stock T25, and stock downpipe goin into a thermal 3" catback; once i upgrade the fuel pump, can i get away with 22psi at the track just for a few passes? think that will hurt my engine or the turbo after a few passes? then go back to 16psi or so on the street?

This should be made a sticky because I'm sick of hearing people who don't have any actual experience keep saying the T25 only blows hot air after x psi.

I have the 255lph and full DYNOMAT (sp ;)) and you can easily hear the humm of the pump. They can't put dynomat over where the pump is. Pull you back seats and check it out. There is a plate and the pump is under that. The dynomat works great in that it increases the SPL of your car, however I can easily hear mine through it. Everytime someone rides in my car for the first time, they are like, "What is that humming/whinning noise?" LOL :p

But personally, I like the sound of the fuel pump, it just reminds me about the power under the hood! :D

In regards to running how much boost on the T25, I ran about 17 around town on the stock fuel system with no problems. I dynoed it at 19psi, but i didnt have a UICP, DP, LICP so I was down on power for that reason alone. I put down 198hp and 243lb-ft, so it did ok, considering what it had on it (intake, MBC at 19psi, magnecores, Greddy Evo, BOV and Additional UICP, THATS IT LOL

no,and i'm not sure exactly what it flows,somewhere around 170-200 i think

HOOKSH- I wouldn't run past 16psi on a stock downpipe. Take your car to an exhaust shop and have them make you a 3" downpipe. I did, mine was 160 bucks including all flanges, stainless pipe, and a flex section.

A stock 3000gt fuel pump flows 180lph I believe, and it bolts right into a dsm with little to no problems. You can pick them up with low miles for about 50 bucks on 3si.org.

i was refered to this thread and it is very informative, all i have to say is what a REDICULUS amout of torque, i mean that is alot...

by theway how much torque does it require to break a awd dsm's tire loose? just wondering

just some clarification, when you guys say stock fuel pump, is this with or without the rewire mod? f my pump is rewired, who much HP is that good for?

gonna need a regulator for that right? or is that just for the high pressure one?

My car has about 300+ hp and torque and I can break loose the rear tires on a hard take off @6000 rpms. My friends say that the front end of my car ALMOST comes off the ground.

breakin the tires loose in an AWD is a bad thing ;) you have AWD so you DONT do that, if you want wheelspin, get a wrong wheel drive, like i got, i can rip all of 1st, all of 2nd, and chirp 3rd, on 15psi on a 14b, and could do the same with 15psi on my T25, so if you like wheelspin, DONT get an awd ;)
