Help me get from 12.0 to 10.xx

I'm revving to 9,200 rpm. 9k is really where it should be set at but we raised it to 9.2 because it helped with the missing in between gears. I think part of the problem might be methanol over spray into the beggining of the next gear causing the miss.

Here is low boost dyno pass. Rpm is at 9 for this.. Does it still seem that slow? In car doesnt seem bad, but on video seems alot different.

On an AWD you don't need slicks for 10s.

They help, a LOT, regaurdless of the drivetrain. How much power the car has will help a lot.

My "lower" powered car has gone 11.06@ 123.1 on slicks. 123mph and just about 10's... that's ALL due to strong 1/8thmile and less performance. If the car's lower on power slicks will help a LOT getting good e/t. A clean pass and 124-125mph and mine should do 10s... when guys are trapping well over 130mph and running low 11s.

I agree with the Fonz...slicks on an AWD no matter what. Even when running a puny 14b, slicks will make a drastic difference in 60' times and ET. Noone runs 1.3's and 1.4 short times on street tires, but even a puny powered DSM can knock out killer 60' on slicks. AND bias ply slicks seem to cut down on drivetrain breakage since they absorb alot of innitial shock and don't tend to slip/spin/slip/spin into wheel hop.
