When driving at nigh every time I press on brake pedal the lights go dim. Same when I am trying to 'close' windows that are alredy close. I just replaced alternator but it didnt help. What elese could it be?

Could have a grounding problem or some short of brake shorting.
 
shot in the dark, but at least it's easy: check the fuses under the hood, similar problem could occur if the ALT fuse is blown. if this is the case you will kill the battery in no time as the alternator isn't recharging the battery.
