Ok at one time long ago I bought this o2 houseing

I cut off the dump tube grinded down the flange and welded a flat piece of metal over the hole. I did this b/c my external wastegate is on my exhaust mani. Long story short it was slightly warped had it surfaced at a local shop then put it on. I have seen one somewhere b4 that had the internal gate blocked by the o2 flange now I cant find it anywhere dose anyone know where I can get this?

I do not have an internal wastegate this will not work!

Your talking about having your turbine housing wastegate flapper welded up? Its not that clear...

Good question! Which is it the internal flapper or the down-pipe? It makes a difference.

I do not have an internal flapper. I do not want to weld up hole where the internal flapper would be. i want a o2 housing that solves this prolbem.

I want this with an elbo and a flange to connect to the downpipe

Well get that o2 housing in the pic, cut the o2 dump off and weld a plate in the hole. Better use a good gasket, since the pressure will still build in there.

that is what I did the heat from the weld made it slightly warped so i had it surfaced at a machine shop then I put it on my car. I want a new one that is not welded closed I want one that is made that way. some one makes them I have seen them b4 i just cant find them now.
