Help me find these mitsu part #'s??

I'm searching for the cheapest parts I can get to do this head gasket job with the bare bit of money I do have. Can someone tell me if this part # for the "oem metal head gasket" will fit on my 2g GST? md349347 is the part # and its supposed to be a mitsu metal evo head gasket and thats supposed to fit my 2g. It's the upgraded part one of these venders sells for our cars. I just want to be sure before I order that part # from mitsu with the rest of the stuff I'm ordering for hopfully cheaper than the vender can sell it and hope I dont get something I cant use!

ALSO the upgraded lifters for the 2g GST. What is the mitsu part # for those? What kind of car do those lifters come from? I have no way of finding this information out so I am asking you, the public of this forum to help me Thanks guys!
