help me find the right motor mounts

ive looked on ebay and it seems there is like 4 different kits for sale, one consists of 3 complete solid replacements ( ouch) the others are assortments of the inserts. I think I would prefer the inserts after riding in my buddy duanes car.......

Wich ones should I get?

Are those the inserts or solid mount replacements?

one out of thoes motor mounts are inserts. you want as many solid mounts as possible. less engine movement means more hp going to the ground. the little bit of vibration you get is well worth the performance you get out of it.

Vibrations from my buddies car were far from "a little bit"


When he came to a stop it felt like we were offroading, . Theres no way I can put those on.

I want the set of three inserts but maybe they don't make inserts for all three mounts? Ive only seem to find inserts in a set of 2.

Yeah your pretty much stuck with either the 2 insert kit which is by energy suspension or the 2 insert and 2 solid mount kit which is the prothane. If you have the ability to raise your idle then the vibration is as bad, but if you don't then yeah it can be a little uncomfortable at idle. Good luck
