1G Help me decide with bigger IC and 3" pipping

Hello guys!
At this point I have VRSF 1g FMIC kit with is 2.5" pipping I guess
Is it a good idea to do 3" pipping with bigger IC will it change anything ?
hp goal :400-550
My setup:
Holset HX 35 in BEP.55 holset housing
FP Manifold
3" Full Exhaust system no cat
with 2,5" custom o2 housing
stock Intake manifold, N/A TB
No MAF
ecu- LINK g4+ Xtreme

The only thing it will change is adding more lag. The 2.5" piping will carry you much further than 500hp, so unless you have an IAT issue in your logs, don't touch it.

There is no need for your piping to exceed the exit size of your turbo's outlet. I understand this may cause debate by some, but I assure you the research has been proven on this topic.

Mr. Bushi ran 10’s on a 16g with an upgraded side mount IC. No need for 3” for that power level.
