help launching awd

i just bought 95 talon tsi awd from this man who is first owner and the car has never been abused as fas i can tell car shifts perfectly and drives like a dream...but i have no clue how to launch is at a stop...any tips?

the car is a 5speed manual.

Basically, find a good rpm (By experimenting), let out the clutch slowly to load the transmission, and then when it is taunt, floor it.
