Hi guys I searched around the forms and did some reading before posting this but couldn't find any help.

So my car starts up like any other day first time in the morning, runs fine and all no dieing or stall hazatashions however ! If I park and run into the store for say 5 minutes or so and go back out to leave, it won't start, everything turns over all the dash lights work, and if I try and mash the peddal to get gas I smell fuel.

So hears the catch, if I wait in my car for 45 minutes or so, then try to fire it up it starts no problem, I'm getting really sick of this and don't know what else to do any ideas ? Any and all would be great !
If it matters it's an auto ?

Wile trying to fix over time I have replaced !
- starter
- pluges & wires "ngk"
- alternator
- battery
- fuel filter

Please help guys, Its getting close to having another Dsm on craigslist :/
 
Sounds like vapor lock to me. Have you changed any of the stock setup to different than stock (or deleted any emissions related parts)?
 
My friend is having this exact same problem with his old Nissan. When the fuel pump on my old GS shit-the-bed on me it would actually stall the car and wouldn't start again until it cooled down.

Keep us updated and I hope you get it figured out soon.
 
After looking at all kinds of things I noticed that my fans wern turning on at all, i unplugged my thermostat sensor and now they run as long as long as the cars on, could that have been my problem all along ? Some sensor not allowing the car to start because it was to hot ?
 
i would start with checking the fuel pump, they are known for getting hot and not working if they are old or worn out, if you do replace it make sure you do the fuel filter at the same time, its always a good thing, well hope it helps

your fans are not going to stop your motor from starting
 
I got exact same issue! I was told that it's a fuel pump. I got 2 year old Walboro 255 pump that need to be rewired so I don't know if that applies to aftermarket pumps. I do think that it also may be coolant system related. Let me know if you find the cure.
