Help Identifying oil drain

i can't figure out what flange I need for this turbo. It's an old pte6152 on a mitsu housing. Dsm stock drain doesn't line up and don't look like anything else I've had

Measure the distance between the bolt holes. I would guess that a normal T3 style would fit. Something like this one.

I believe that may be the wrong one.
I had this same issue and that one looks a lot like the one that was to big to fit.

I think your best bet is visit your local speed shop.
That's what i had to do.

Or, you know, use a ruler or a pair of calipers and match your measurements to the measurement of the adapter. It's not rocket surgery.

That's a GT32 bearing housing- bolt spacing and pattern would be the same as any common T3, T4, Holset, or Borg.

Whoever told you this is a SCM6152E is wrong.

So whats going on with the turbo to manifold bolts? looks like 3 retapped standard bolts and one OEM metric?
