I picked up this turbo and exhaust manifold for my 98 GSX, I would like to know what specific model they are.

ALSO (most important for me to figure out):

What bolts do I need to attach the Manifold to the turbo? Are OEM too long? Where can I find the right ones? Neither the manifold or turbo are threaded so studs wont work... Ive looked on vendor sites, only selling OEM/Stainless steel...

When installed, the turbo keeps hitting the block, so I bought a 1/2 inch flange to attach to the manifold. I need longer bolts for that as well, anyone know where I can find those?

Where can I find the right gasket to fit this specific manifold/turbo combo? OEM is too small

Looks like a t3 manifold/turbo. So standard t3 gasket and then bolts from a hardware store.

Antique Garrett T04E54 turbo, possibly an E57....can't tell without wheel specs.

Chinese knockoff T3 manifold and homemade o2 housing. Worth about $250 or so in total.

The first thing you should throw away is that oil drain setup. I can't figure out how this unit didn't have oil running out the exhaust on it's previous application. OMG

Will hardware store bolts hold up over time? By hardware do u mean pep boys or autozone

For bolts and such, I go to Lowes, or Ace hardware or something like that. If the threads are metric, they may be harder to find locally. I would try to get a stainless steel bolt if it were me so it wont rust up on you. If I have time, I usually order bolts from here: Chrome Bolts, Stainless Steel Bolts, Metric Bolts, Socket Head Cap Screws, Grade 8 Bolts, F911 Bolts

They have very good prices on bolts and such, and they have like every thread and size you could want. I just picked up some bolts at lowes the other day, and they were 1.79 a piece. I checked allens fasteners and they were like .20 cent.

Did you get this for free? I'm sort of wondering why you would buy a turbo and manifold, if you had not a clue what it was in the first place.

Turbo does indeed look ancient. Unless its got zero shaft play, I would have stayed away from the whole set up. The eBay manifold is bound to crack someday.

As far as bolts go, go to a fastenal if you have one. They have about any bolt you can think of.

ACE has shit bolts IMO.

I thought the very same thing.

We agree again.

The hardware store bolts will hold up longer than that manifold will. First the flanges will warp, than the pipes will crack. With that spacer between the head and header expect to blow out a lot of gaskets.

I bought the turbo, manifold, stock intake manifold, throttle body, injectors, a JDM dsm 7 bolt for $200, so yes I kind of got a deal. I have a fully built motor in the car and its been sitting with no turbo for over a year.
