2G HELP Engine keeps spinning Rod Bearings

I have 1998 ECLIPSE SPYDER GST and got it with 80,000 miles on it. about 6 yrs ago. A year ago I got a spun rod bearing and bought a used engine and stupidly put it in and started it to find it had 4 spun rod bearings. put original engine back in replaced damaged piston and all new bearings. drove for 2 days and blew rod bearings again. Would likle to purchase new pistons and rods but not sure of where to get? prolly just get new crank to be 100% certain... tired of this PLEASE any advice to make this my last purchase

If you didn't fully disassembly the engine you need to do so. You have to get it completely clean.
Now parts can be purchased at several of the vendors on this page. Extremepsi. Stm. Etc.
Better to figure out what you need the car to do before choosing parts etc.

no I will pull it. again and clean it all up, again. I got used parts before and wont buy anything I don't need, for sure but just want sure where I should purchase new parts from.. I appreciate u taking time to respond ..I am just terribly frustrated. Not trying to "jump the gun", I just want this to be the last time pulling this engine. Have you ever replaced rods on your car?

So you did a full disassembly before this last install? If you just changed bearings that's the issue.
Are you looking for stock pistons? Aftermarket? Stroker? Different compression ratio? Etc? What is it you want?

I know and i agree [I DONT BUY ANYTHING I DONT NEED] try to get and USED good condition crankshaft and set of piston. DO NOT TRY TO MATCH ANYTHING, clean block and start assembly. Make sure clean area where assembly at.

When you installed the new bearings, did you just place them in there and tighten the rod bolts or did you install them while checking clearances? Sounds like some bad contamination or improperly installed bearings.
