Help!!! broke thermal vacuum valve nipple, with no EGR will my car run?

I just did the taboo emission removal and I didnt relize that i needed to block off the egr till i already ripped everything out. What will happen if i try to drive it like this? And if its not drivible where should i reconnect the 2 EGR lines to? i gotta drive to work tommorow morning help!

also i broke off the front nipple on that doo-dad thats attached to the coolant cap (thermal vaccum valve?) that has 2 yellow plastic nipples. How bad is that? Am i totally screwed?

If both the nipples are connected to the same air passage i could maybe block off the broken one and use a Y splitter and go into the non-broken one?

Don't worry about the EGR valve, it will not cause any problems. Just leave the vacuum lines disconnected from it (capping off the appropriate ones of course; vacuum lines) and you will be okay. Your EGR valve will not open with the lines disconnected so it will be as if it is removed anyways.

Also that coolant do-dad you described will also be okay. No need to worry about the broken nipples. You do not have to cap them off either.

That is defiantly true! I am sure he knows that (well if not then he will shortly ) because I believe it says on the Taboo Speed Shop webpage.

Depends on where you live. Different places have different levels of inspection. Some places don't inspect at all, or even test!

Where I live, they don't check under the hood, just do the sniffer test. There's a whole thread about this.
