EGR Valve Vacuum diagrams?

Hey, I have a 1995 Eagle Talon TSi AWD that I recently bought about a month ago. It's actually my first car and first DSM. Anyways, I took my car to my mechanic and had him look it over, and there were a few problems with it. He said the EGR valve vacuums are completely missing, and I'm not sure how to go about getting new ones/blocking off the egr valve. I need some sort of diagram to show exactly where the vacuums hook up so I can decide what to do.

I'd also like suggestions on what to do... they check the EGR valve for PA inspection/emissions so I'm not sure if I can just block it off and still pass.
