Help! Bad engine vibration

Ok, so i have an engine vibration. It started on my way home from a friends house, my clutch decided to give me trouble just before this happened, not sure if it is realated or not though. The clutch wont disengage completely so i thought it was the master, seeing is my slave is brand new and the master leaks slightly inside the car. The vibration get worse as the RPS get higher, and is quite bad under load/acceleration. I tried to do a search, but the problems are very inconsistent.

I did check the crank pulley and it looks ok visually. The balance shaft belt broke a long time ago so i removed it and left the BS in the car. It hasnt caused me any problems in the past 2 years, so i dont think thats it. I thought it might have something to with the clutch possibly, seeing as i have recently put it in. (4 months ago)

PLEASE HELP! i need to fix this before monday if possible!

Sounds like you have alot going on here... You def should have put a new balance shaft belt back on.. Or atleast eliminated the balance shaft.

is there any knocks going on? (lower end) It could possibly be that balance shaft bouncing around down there causing engine vibations..

Your master leak could be part of the problem, are you loosing power on acceleration as if the clutch it staying partially engaged due to the leak causing weird pressure or "pump up", either way, replace it or watch your trans go bye bye.

I have already ordered the new master, and im not driving the car again until its replaced. But the vibration started after i started having clutch problems. I also bled the clutch but it didnt help at all. When the clutch pedal all the way to the floor it is still partially engaged, and the car slowly creeps forward.

And no, there is no knocking at all, i have a Palm IIIc with mmcd to log and it doesnt pick anything up either. maybe 2 or 3 counts, but nothing above that. No weird sounds, just a bad vibration.
