Help- 0 compression on all 4cyl after turbo/fmic swap

The only way that would effect compression is if the injectors fire directly into the cylinder. Very few cars have that sort of fuel injection system. Our cars inject fuel into the intake runners just before the valves. So the valve would stop any air from escaping on the compression stroke. The injectors can however be a source for boost leak.

Well i got her fired right up today. After everything is said and done. The mechanical timing was off so i got a new timing belt and new tensioner, then got a new fuel filter and got those installed. Just for fun i pulled the fuel pump back out and cut the neck off the sending unit and just connected it to the pump with some 3/8 fuel hose and hose clamps. After that she fired right up. Then spent 10-15 mins fine tuning the ignition timing.
