Well I am not allowed to reply to tech articles or I would have updated some info.
I went on a quest today to find throttle body shaft seals for a '90, as they have two different size seals. One size is like a 91-94 and the other is different.
Well machV has the 91 up seals but not '90. I search many options with no avail. I found a tech article on rebuilding a '90 TB and the writer used some heavy duty seals made by SKF, and bought through Chicago rawhide seals. The tech article was from '06 so the links in it only got me started on the right path.

SKF still makes the seals in the '90 size and '91 up but you can't buy directly from them and their website is not very helpful in finding distributors.
The smaller seal for '90 (one needed) part number is 3030 and the size (needed by the phone operator to find them) was CR 8x12x3 HM4 style
The larger seal for '91 up part # 3930 and size CR 10x14x3 HM4 style.
I went through a local distributor called Allied bearings after I finally found them after searching. phone 704-881-0031 Very helpful and I was able to get TWO IF EACH seal dropped shipped to me from SKF for about $23.
