Heat Crack part2

Okay i just noticed this today when showing my manifold.

When i first had the car i had basic mods and boosted my t25 to 19psi, i really did not care, i was gonna get a bigger turbo anyways. Ran like that for 1 year and a half tell it blew, witch i knew it would.

Now after i have new mods fuel pump Evo B16g new manifold becuase the othere one had heat cracks and also on the turbo. I just now noticed after 4 months of use with my new set up the crack is starting to come back on my new manifold, damn thing must be over heating am running 16Psi right now with stock injectors ( New 550 will be installed this weekend) Do you think the problem is with the boost at 16ps

i dont know, but you got one nice ass spyder. you need to come to motown and kick it sometime. i got another buddy who boosts his stock t25 to 22lbs(or he claims) and he says hes been doing it for a year now too. ill ask him if he sees any cracks on his mani next time i see him.

yeha man once it goes it goes , i had it at 19-20psi and jumps fast to 14-15 though but i wish i ran 15 instead of 20. right now the crack on my manifold is not bad its a hair line so i turned my boost to 14 till i get my injectors and my logger. i when to motown last weeken some turbo matia raced me and he lost but he was pretty cool.
