Having some problems! We were tuning (rebuilt w/new pistons, rods, ported an polished head, upgraded fuel system, 3" SS exhaust, upgraded turbo and intercooler, Walboro fuel pump, etc) a fresh upgraded 4G63 (1,600 miles) on my 95 GSX. The tuning was going fine utilizing the AFCS and it was going well for about an hour. Then . . . . Air/fuel all off, can't boost, idles fine, but can't accelerate! Intially had overheating problems but a new FD aluminum radiator seems to solved that problem! We think it could be the ECU, MAS, or a malfunctioning headgasket! Can anyone provide some insight?

Have you done a boost leak test? Is the wastegate arm connected to the actuator? What do you mean "can't accelerate"? Does it not accelerate at all or is it just slow?

Boost leaks have been checked. I'll check the actuator tomorrow! By "can't accelerate", I mean that I need to accelerate very slowly and it fades and or hesitates a great deal when I try to accelerate more quickly. The Air/Fuel heads up to 15.8 or higher up to 18+ when I push it!

It sounds like you either have a leak between the maf sensor and the turbo, or there is a fuel delivery issue.
