1G Header

Just got a header for my 94 laser rs n/t. The flange in one of my new pipes is hitting my frame. Wondering what anyone thinks on how to fix this problem. I'm thinking of getting longer brackets to drop my pipe down about an inch. Not sure if that will put any strain on the header itself. Thoughts? Thanks!

Maybe put some spacers between the header and block?

Depending on the material.... Heat it up and bend it? Use a torch and a hammer.
