Head will be coming off today

I bought a 95 gst with a blown motor from a member on here and I'm now trying to fix it.. It has a 6 bolt swap with Balance Shafts removed. Mods that he had: Fully built 1g Engine, 2g head, Eagle rods, Wiseco Pistons, 9:1.

The motor took a dump on him after only 50 miles on the rebuild.. The oil pump sprocket came loose. His oil pressure dropped and the car died. The timing belt looks messed up. (Frayed) The oil pump shaft is messed up. So now I'm trying to figure out what all the damage is..

My dad and I dropped the oil pan last night and the bottom end appears to be fine. So today the head will be coming off. I'm sure the valves are bent.. Can I reuse the arp headstuds?? Also it has an "evo3" exhaust manifold. How do I tell if it's an evo manifold and how do I know if I need to port it if it's not one.

yes ARP can be reused....

Well 2 bent intake valves and a chipped wiseco piston (#1) was the damge.. ALL piston rings were broken.. I think who ever installed the rings broke them... Good thing we had pulled out each piston and looked. The cylinder walls were not scratched though.

Sorry to hear the damages but that is really surprising to hear that the cylinder walls are still in good shape.

Ha I thought they were not bad.. I had my dad take a look at them today who is a mechanic.. He thinks otherwise.... He says I'll be lucky if they'll only need to honed out. =/ Oh well I'd be looking at about $200+ at a machine shop if they are too bad.
