I been having low compression problems. So I decided to just pull head off to inspect and have valves checked. I disconected everything 100% for sure have h 11 headstuds. Took off nuts and head will not budge off block. I even hooked hoist up to head and lifted it just picked up the whole car ! I tried to unscrew using 3/16 allen socket and broke 3 allen sockets trying to remove the studs? Now what

if you are still having problems getting it off, i would recommend taking some pictures of what you have going on, and we can look at it to see what you may be missing. you have to have some bolt holding it down, or something that we can see in pictures

Sounds like you may have crimped the soft aluminum casting onto the head studs when the nuts were torqued down.

The other choice is you wedged the oddball 1g 7bolt head on a 6 bolt block.

There is no easy way to get it off except to fight it.

This is exactly what has happened! Happened to me two years ago I ended up having to remove the valve springs and tack weld the nuts to the studs to get them out once all out the head came right off.
