I am pulling apart my 4g63 and one head bolt is stuck. the head of the bolt is starting to strip (i hate allen bolts). do you guys have a way to get the bolt out? i dont care if i have to brake the bolt but i would like to save the head.

You won't damage the head. You will take the thread's out of the block if they are stripping out. Just break the head off of it if you have to and drill and tap the rest of it and pull it out. Haven't met a bolt yet that I haven't be able to drill and tap it out.

***I see what you mean now. Do you have a 1g or 2g. And what size allen socket are you using. It is metric. 10mm for 1g and 12mm for 2g.***

PB blaster a few times and vice grips, if the hole is stripping out. Allen bolts are stupid. Also regular slotted screws. :D
