Okay, so Im getting a TSi soon, and It wont run cause the Timing belt snapped, and bent some valves.
I got a good idea of what parts I need to swap with a new head, but I would like someone to verify for me.
Would it be cheaper to fix the bent valves and put new ones in?
Parts & Prices would be awesome for a new head swap.

* Graphite head gasket
* Intake manifold gasket
* Exhaust manifold gasket
* Valve cover gasket
* Viton valve stem seals
* Camshaft front seals and other small gaskets, seals, and O-rings.
* New Head Bolts.
$63.
* 4G63T Head w/o cams.
$125.
Anything Im missing?
It has a new TB to come with it.

You didn't mention a year for your new TSi so I'm going to assume its a 2g, heres what I suggest getting to rebuild it.

-OEM ENGINE COMPLETE HEAD GASKET SET : MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE 2G 7 BOLT
-engnbldr SS valves
-ARP HEAD STUDS: MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE 92-99 7 BOLT

If you get a 7 bolt head make sure it has ALL its cam caps because the head is worthless if it doesn't. If its a bare head you should be spending more the $75 for it either. Make sure you get the head resurfaced and cleaned by a machine shop before installing it on the bottom end.

You can get lower priced gasket sets also. (I believe these are on the approved stock build list)

One thing to consider, bent valves usually mean the the valve guides are cracked, which will add to the machine shop bill.

well what will matter is 2 things on what will be best for you......

1) what are your goals for the car?
2) what is the budget you have to work with to get the head done?

Your still going to need new head bolts, I recommend studding it though if you plan on running more than 20psi in the future and nows the perfect time to do it. ARP HEAD STUDS: MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE 92-99 7 BOLT
If the valves are bent your going to need new ones, and as said above if the valve guides are cracked which is likely if you've got bent valves you need to add that into the cost as well as the machine work to install them.

Basically $300 isn't enough budget to get a head on that car the right way, and I wouldn't cut corners on this one.

The most boost I will run Daily Driving is 14 PSI. Maybe, I will turn it up for a little run at 17 PSI. But mainly 14.
I can get all the labor done for free, and I can get some good deals on the parts.
This means, I can get the head machined for free.
Basically, I just end up getting a new-used head W/o cams, swap em over, and bolt it back down. With all new bolts and gaskets of course.
