Shiloh,
I know that this is hard to do, but money is a huge issue with me, and upgrading my car, therefore I am looking to find an order I can buy mods, so that I will not have to buy something more than once. I.E. buying an intake pipe that will later have to be changed due to a new turbo etc. This means that I will be buying things in an odd order, and I want all of my parts to be optimized for the new turbo vs. my 14b. This means 3" exhaust, downpipe etc. Anyone have any good ideas on how to go about doing this? Btw the turbo I'm think about ending up with will be a PTE 50 or an AGP RS49 or something close to those (I'm shooting for 11's, 11.99 counts for me). In otherwords If it won't work with the 14b AND the new turbo, I won't buy it for now (makes things kind of weird) and I won't be able to follow the tuning guide The things that I don't think are affected are..
Boost controller
Fuel pump
S-AFC
Exhaust Manifold
Datalogger
Some others I am probably forgetting.
Affected
Turbo (Duh)
FMIC
IC pipes
Exhaust
Intake
Downpipe
Injectors
Btw my transmission and clutch are brand new so they aren't a factor, and I have a boost guage. Any tips on how to go about this would be appreciated greatly, again money is a big issue, so any way I can cut costs without jeopardizing my car would be helpful. Sorry about the long post.
