head or gasket?

alright, now my other car is driving me nuts. The thermostat went out and the car overheated, replaced it and after about a week, no heat, smokes white, Smells of anti-freeze very badly, Temerature won't stay put after car warms and is even getting harder to start. I believe it has even fouled the plugs. Does anyone think this is the head or the Head gasket?

Do a compression and leak-down test and you will have your answer.
