head gasket sizes

Hi... so im looking around and could not find an answer for this.

What are the gaskets sizes compered to bore sizes
example:

Stock bore = 85mm gasket

what about for the sizes
.04" bore
.06" bore

What size gaskets will work on these?

Inches to Millimeters, Millimeters to Inches Converter I would be worried if you needed to go to a .060 over piston.

Head gaskets will go from 85mm, to 85.5mm to 86mm, etc. For a 0.0040" over bore you will find a 86mm gasket will be close. You machine shop guy will be able to help you too. I run a 87mm gasket on a 4G64 0.0040" over bore.
