Head Gasket did WHAT??

I am in the process of building up my lower end and when I took off my head half of my mitsubishi multi-layer head gasket was stuck to the block and half was stuck to the head, is it still reusable??

Well, it sounds like your headgasket is no longer in one piece, which would mean it needs to go in the trash. The head gasket is not reusable in the first place, so it should be going in the trash regardless.

Mitsubishi markets the metal 4-layer head gasket as re-useable, but I wouldn't trust any gasket to be re-useable. Especially when an extre $90 gives you the peace of mind of not having it blow.
