Hello again, folks.

Yesterday, my car lifted the head and I think it was letting in a bit of coolant from a coolant gallery before I advanced the base timing a bit. It filled cylinder #2 when I floored it at about 5k RPM until 6.5k then it started to lose power and RPM when I engaged the clutch and saw the oil light come on due to the extremely low RPM. I looked at the rear view mirror and saw a huge, huge cloud of fog behind my car, such that I lost sight of all the cars behind me. So I shut it off and parked it immediately. Popped the hood and saw coolant everywhere. Thought it had overheated while the temp. gauge was in the middle (at first thought it was an air pocket stuck in the block). I poured about 2 gallons of water on the radiator and the block which brought the temperature down about 1/6 of the way from the middle of gauge. I went to start it and the starter got stuck.
Got my dad to tow me home and I took out the spark plugs and saw cylinder #2 completely full of water. Cranked it without the plugs and cleared it of the fluids. The oil looks just as good as before, without any water in it.

Anyway, I've ordered the head gasket and there isn't any 4G63 repair shops in my city, but we have a mechanic friend who will do it, but need to give him the proper specs to change out the head gasket like the order of tightening them and the torque specs.
I wanna run high base timing on 90 octane gas with octane booster in it (best MMT based booster available claiming 3 RON increase which we have used in our Outlander and it works wonderfully well).
Can he torque it a bit more for better reliability or it's too risky?

I've also added some photos of the aftermath when I took out the spark plugs and cranked it.

Thanks folks!

These should help. In the future check under Resources tab. There is a section for manuals.

Hey, thanks.
Sorry about the really late reply.

I found a mechanic in my city who specializes in Mitsubishis, Hondas, Toyotas. I ordered and got a Taiwanese head gasket and he said these are no good and will lift or blow after a few months. So, he's gonna order an OEM one for me once he opens it up and checks everything to see if it needs anything else.
Unfortunately, he went on a vacation for these two weeks and my dad's gonna take the car back to him on Saturday as I'm somewhere else.

I really hope I didn't bend a rod or anything :(
When the spark plugs were out and I cranked it to empty the coolant from the cylinders, it didn't sound that bad and it had a continuous, monotonous sound of pistons moving.

I'm thinking about the base timing advance I did on shitty fuel and thinking that could have done stuff? The thing is that the car was only running for about an hour and only did pulls a few times to 5.5k. The car felt amazingly faster, according to my buttdyno xD
While advancing it using the CAS, the idle went up by about 150 RPM by turning the sensor a millimeter or two, as my IAC stepper motor is dead. IRC, I also tuned the AFR to be a bit richer than before, but not on the richest setting as that caused the idle to drop quite a bit.

I'm thinking the bad head gasket with the higher cylinder pressure forced it to lift and wasn't really my fault as it was smoking white out of the exhaust while I was doing the caveman tuning.

The plugs also looked a bit hot and there was no soot on them as there was when I first got the car and checked them.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Thank you all <3
