I noticed it after i put my cams in but i'm not sure if it's related to that or if it's just a coincidence.. anyway i'm leaking close to 1/2qt a day but i can't find where it's leaking from, it appears to start from around the head but i can't tell because it's leaking onto the belts. i already replaced the valve cover gasket AND cam seals it's still leaking but no idea where from.

hard to tell from these pics but you can see it leaking on the head and down the water pump, all that from 10m of driving and it was spotless when i left my house.

something's not sitting right, probably the gasket, open it up and sit it again and see what happens.

Also check the cam seals again, it looks like that is where its coming from
i also had the same problem tried everything but the can seals. with the spocket on it does not look as if its coming from the front cam seal but when i took the spocket off cam seal was the culprit. i have done almost everything, ruined two timing belts due to oil soak, pull bolts out and put sealer on them you name it i did it. all on the front cover. finally i decided to check the cam seal and wow i cant believe it this was the problem the whole time. it doesn't leak while at idle it leaks under some load. front cam seal :thumb:

Did you use any rtv or any other sealer on the mating surface of the front cam caps to the head? Did you replace the cam seals at the same time? If not, I would do these two things and it will probably cure your problem.

Hey do you mean on the mating surface of the exhaust cam caps or both cams. Also why would you do this?
