Hard to Shift

Tried another friends car, realized mine is a tad hard to shift into. I looked at other threads. Should i possibly try to bleed the line, and change the fluid?

btw its into every gear, and sometimes makes a grinding sound going into reverse. Like you go to shift and it just does a grinding noise.. you try again, works fine.

The skateboard bearing mod and shifter bushing kit definately help shift better. But check your syncros - it's very easy: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/problem-diagnosis/313040-first-constant-grind.html#post151652292. I've got a very similiar problem with 1st and reverse. BTW the shifter cables are not adjustable on a 2g.

ill check the synchros even though it doesn't grind. Only hard to shift into 1,2 and 5th and once and a while grinds when going into R. ill try those mods though, see if they help.
