420A Hard Shifting

I was on my way home from work driving my 420A and got passed by a friend so i kicked it down a gear, but i think that i shifted too hard and now it has a problem going from gear to gear. It still goes but it's hard. When I'm downshifting it is easier to shift w/o using the clutch. It's nearly impossible to get it into reverse. Any help would be awesome.

Have you checked the fluid level in the clutch cylinder?

Yeah that was the first place I looked. Then I tried bleeding the clutch but that didn't help.

If its not the slave cylinder and the master cylinder, maybe its the clutch, are there any noises?

Check the master for leaks from the inside of the passenger compartment.

Also, check the clips the hold lines on in the engine bay (on the trans). If loose, they can make shifting difficult.
