Halo Eye Projector Headlight Question

Hey guys! My girlfriend bought me a pair of the Projector Headlights with the Halo Eyes for my birthday, and after hooking them up, only the Driver-Side Halo Light is working. The passenger side, seems to not be getting enough power, because when the car is off it lights up just a little bit, and when the car is started the light increases and flashes/dims. I didn't know if anybody has had this problem, or anyideas to fix it. Thanks

The headlights look good, pictures will be up tomorrow hopefully!

The LEDs used in the current crop of DSM halo headlights seem to suck. Replace them and their circuitry before installing.
