A little background - I posted the other day about hesitation I had on the highway here it is:

Yesterday as I was getting on the highway, not hard or anything at all, 3rd gear maybe 2500 rpm or so and the car just seemed to not want to accelerate, so I gave it more gas and it seemed like it wanted to slow down slightly the more gas I gave it. It felt like the as I gave it more gas it would slightly stumble and slow down.

One thing to mention the on ramp was a pretty steep incline.

As I got on the highway I was only up to 40mph, I turned on my flashers and drove at 40mph for awhile cause it seemed to do ok at that speed. I shifted to 4th and slowly give it more gas and it started to gain speed slowly and I got home crusing about 5 more miles @ 60mph.

As I turned into my street everything acted normal, athough I didn't accelerate very hard at all.

Well, I didnt drive the car for 3 days until this morning and I first tried to crank it and it wouldnt start. Tried again, same thing - then I gave it some gas and it started and seemed to idle fine. Drove it 10 miles to work and it acted normal, even got on it a little bit and it responded fine. Nothing out of the norm. Even idled fine.

Another memeber gave me these suggestion:

1 : Fuel Filter
2 : Fuel Pump
3 : 02 sensor
4 : Plugs
5 : Plug Wires
6 : Compression Test
7 : Fuel pressure Regulator
8 : Boost Leaks
9 : ECU
10 : Leakdown

After I parked the car I went back out 20 minutes later and it started right up with out giving it gas, but im guessing im going to have to give it gas when I leave.

Im guessing it probably the FPR or fuel filter?

I have a old "jumptronix" o2 volt meter and my o2 was cycling very fast as normal.

Filter or FPR, sounds like. Considering that advice above was mine, have you checked over a majority of those things yet before posting?

As with Kei asked, did you even test for anything yet before posting? You have a list of items to check and I would start with the filter and boost leak test.
