Prior attempt to resolve this most baffling issue…cannot control boost whatsoever-have spent countless hours delving into numerous posts on how to test EVC’s and the proper setting for my HKS EVC 1-please look at manual included in post-wonder if the solenoid is bad L Any info would be greatly appreciated…need to get this vacuum thing behind me so I can delve into attempting to tune without ECMLink and using w/b and MAFT
(saving up to get that phenomenal tuning-device)

I have tried the Supra diagram way of hookup that doubleclutch and Mello recommended but no dice.
The following diagram is my current setup that refuses to lower boost...running on Waste-gate spring...dont want to run 24 lbs-get major fuel-cut.
Specs include:
20g Turboported
3" MAF and MAF-TranslatorV 2.0
HKS Electric Valve Controller
HKS External Wastegate
660cc Denso Injectors with AFPR
Walbro 190 fp with rewire
Greddy Blow-off valve mounted on top of FMIC
Ross Pistons
Eagle Rods
HKS 262 and 272 Cams
Hopefully the diagram with the HKS EVC manual will aid the far more knowledgeable DSM’ers to resolve this crazy vacuum issue.
The way the manual describes-see below or please see the factory manual-the valves makes me question my setup that much more? Is it as simple as swapping line number 3-furthest to the left-with number 1-furthest to the right?
1. Manifold pressure sensor port:…attached to an uninterrupted intake manifold pressure source…utilized to make corrections in wastegate valve opening.
2. Control Valve Pressure Inlet Port:…pressurized air routed through the cvp inlet port.
3.Control Valve Pressure Outlet Port:…constantly modified pressurized air received by the cvp inlet port is routed to the wastegate valve.
