Hello,

I've got a 91' GVR4 that no longer wants to start. The car started and idled perfectly fine the first time around but two weeks later it no longer wants to start (it'll crank just won't start). The car has spark, fuel, injectors are firing, compression is 150psi across all cylinders, 14% leak down on all cylinders. I've tests and replaced the MPI, CAS, power transistor, & ignition coils from a running car but it still does the same thing. The car is stock running ECMLINK with SD setup, everything is wired correctly, I've done pin to pin continuity to confirm connections are good. The only difference between then and now is the voltage drops significantly while cranking, enough to where it'll stall the engine. It only does this if the injectors are plugged in but if I unplug them or if I step on the gas pedal all the way it'll crank fine without stalling. I've redone the timing twice now thinking it could've slipped a teeth (the timing is spot on). I'm totally at my wits ends, attached is a log while cranking hopefully one of you can spot something that I'm unable to or tell me why voltage dips while cranking.

If the battery voltage is dropping to 7v in the log then I would suspect a weak battery or battery connection. I don't see any obvious issue in the log. Do you know why the global is -7 if the car is totally stock?

Battery is fully charged and I’ve tried jump starting it as well. The global is set at -7 because my base fuel pressure is higher than stock (43psi vs 32psi).
