hey guys so I just have a question about the gt3582r, I will be getting it some time next month but i need help from you guys.
I got the sbr tubular manifold and I have the mitsubishi housing showld I just get the gt35r with the mitsu housing or get it with the t3 flange and change the manifold to a t3?

T3 is going to be a lot better because it is capable of flowing a lot more air than the 7cm MHI housing. Like Paul said though it is a little more expense but the result is worth it IMO. Depending on how much boost you wanna run on it really. If you wanna try to max it out T3 is the best way to go.

IS the manifold new? If so, see if SBR will trade you for the T3 version. Otherwise, the Mitsu version would still be fun. You could switch the exhaust side to T3 later on as money permits, could you not?

i picked up a turbonetics t3 cast manifold for my 3582 setup. less than $300. a fellow tuner, i found on dsmlink forums sold it to me, had it within the next week after purchase. he may still have a few to sell just another option

yeah i just got the manifol in on tuesday. at sbr jeff tolled me you can eather send it back and we just weld the t3 on it or we can send you the t3 and you get it welded?
i just looked at it as i wold save money on the turbo sens the mitsu housing is cheaper but then "yes less flow= less power"

^^^ Well, are any of your buddies handy with a TIG welder? I'd offer my services but I live nowhere close to you.

yeah i have some friend that are good and i also have a shop next to my house they only do american cars but thats where i get some parts from becouse they can get it at store price for me and we are really good friends ims ure they would be abel to weld it.
how hard would it be to cut the mitsu one and weld the t3 and everything coming out good?

It shouldn't be too hard. I'd just use a plasma cutter and carefully remove the current flange and then weld the T3 flange on. If you know someone with good TIG welding skills you should be fine.

the thing was when i called sbr, me and jeff from sbr talked about the manifold and the gt35r with the mitsu housing and he would give me a deal on it, so when i called him back to days later to place an order i tolled him i want to get the manifold that we talked about but just for a regular gt35r and he sent it right away 2days later he emails me asking me what flang i wanted and i emaild him and he never got back at me i called him tuesday when i was at work and he tolled me you can just deny the shipping and it comes back to us and then when we get it back we will send you the one you want, but when i got home the mani was home .

ok guys he got back to me and he tolled me not to worry about it it wouldnt be no problem for ether me send ing it back or them sending me the flange its up to me but now im wondering ### showld i get 4 bolt or v band and where can i get an o2 housing?

ok guys so after all of this ### showld i do send it back pay for shipping but get a t3 flange on the sbr mani or just keep ### i got and get the gt35r with the mitsu housing?
money isn't a problem power is i want to make sure i do everything right so i dont have to do it more then one time.

and thank you guys for help

t3 is going to allow more flow, which makes more power as stated before. i'd say if you have someone that can cut and weld the new flange on then do it that way.

hey guys so after a long wait i finally have my manifold home lookes amazing i got the dnp one with the 44mm wastegate they did it for the same price as the sbr one they even payd for my shipping they give me 40$ in store credit im really happy with the manifold.
now ill be sending it out to jet hot for a coating.

and thankx again for all your guys help
