Over Heating issues with the GSX
That's right...It keeps over heating. I put a C&R aluminum radiator with a spal fan, I installed a 170 degree thermostat and when I drive on long stretches of road like the highway it gets hot and spews coolant out of the over flow. Now in town driving its fine but as soon as I run it on the highway it gets warm ????
Any suggestions?

Man, I have the SAME issues. Perfect compression, Perfect plugs every time I pull them. But when I fun under boost it forces coolant out the overflow. Drive no boost and nothing. (it's a VR4) 8K on new rebuild:mad:

I told you so ... from the very beginning! :D

I just happened to come across this thread and thought I must reply!

I love being right!

so after replacing the head gasket, did everything workout alright?
oh, and also i though if it was a leak in the hg there would be smoking coming out of exhaust, oil in coolant, or coolant in oil... is that not true or only in severe cases?
