gst t25 to 16g swap.. is this gonna work?

Hey guys,

so Im getting a 16g i believe it is the s16g but i havent even seen it yet so i dont know. anyways im wanting to install it myself and have some experience working with cars but never swapping a turbo so im going to follow a walkthrough or something.

I am getting a s16g and some bigger injectors with it, not sure on the cc but i know i will have to get a fuel pump as well. I'm just kind of wondering what else i will need.

my car is a 99 eclipse gst atx almost completely stock at the moment only thing on there is a cheap cold air intake.

my question is if i get this kit. is there anything else that is an absolute necessity to keep it running smoothly with the turbo swap.

If you keep the boost under 15psi you can run the stock ecu/injectors/fuel pump, until you're ready for it

i would do the fuel pump rewire kit. cheap and easy mod

I would recommend you set up your tuning systems first. That way you can max your current injectors. I bet you will be much happier with the end result.

I would say 750cc, 255lph pump, and dsmlink.
I bought that same kit for my 2g but I sold it. You can have it for less If you're interested
