Gst Motor Rumble

[So Cal 420a DSM]

My gst has been acting up lately. Once i start it up the motor will start to shake. As i start to drive and give it gas the motor would start to rumble. It would go away once i start to drive it for about a min. Could one of my sensors be bad? I also had a check engine light but it went away after sitting for a few hours.
