I found a GSX at a decent price without an engine. I have a GST that is running good. What would be better/easiest, change the engine from my GST to the GSX or change all the AWD system to my GST.

The car shells are in very similar conditions.

Swap the GST motor into the GSX shell, and save your self alot of head ache.

It would take a lot to swap all the AWD components over. If the GSX shell is good, that is what I would do. I am currently in the process of AWD swapping my GST, but the donor car i bought is rusted out.

You would need a new AWD flywheel to fit in the AWD trans though.

Thanks, I think the donor car still have the block(it is broke) but should have the flywheel.

If I have a 95 gst with the 4g63 6 bolt and pulled an 98 had trans, rear subframe, Lsd rear end, and so on. Will it still mount up being its a 2g shell? Or not because the body styles are slightly different?

You need a bit more than you have acquired. It is easiest to buy an AWD donor for the swap. It does not sound like you did much research on this swap, so here is one of multiple threads about this very swap:
