Before anything i tried searching for this but i couldn’t find anything.

I was just wondering if GS-T parts would fit on a GS?

Stuff like Big brake kits, radiators, suspension parts

Since alot of people don’t make much for the GS and RS i was just wondering if i could just buy GS-T parts instead and put them onto my car.

Remember i’m not talking about turbo kits or anything like that i just wanna know about the brake kits, suspension parts etc.

I take it you have a gs from the post, but yes the 2G fwd parts are the same and are usually listed as 2g fwd for suspension, brakes, exhaust(catback) ect. Just not motor parts, downpipes, injectors ect. Any specific parts in question here or is this just a general question?

Most of the suspension parts on 2g's can be swapped. Pretty sure brakes can be as well. I put a set of gst rear brake pads on the rear of my old N/T talon and swapped gsx struts on it also. Never tired the front brakes but I bet it works. You could put gsx rotors, calipers and brakes on it for an easy upgrade.

Thanks for the fast response and right now i don’t have any specific parts in mind. I’m turboing my car soon and i want to do the suspension work and brakes first and i couldn’t find any good sites to order those parts from.

I'd get the fwd tokico illumina kit off of extremepsi. Fair price and smooth ride. and like i said for brakes.. GSX calipers, rotors and pads.

I don't know your price range but there are some pretty decent prices on coilovers right now, if I remember right slowboy has a sale on them. Might want to talk to someone there about it if you're interested.

Uhhh.... NO?

Sorry I meant the tokcio illumina struts and springs LOL and yeah i recently saw some good deals on coil overs. I can't remember where though.

What are you smoking dude? Since when was a N/T exhaust interchangable with 4g63? Either you know nothing about these cars orrrr... Yeah:banghead:

Uhhhhh you got the wrong guy bud. I never said anything about an exhaust. :nono:

But since you called me out on something i didn't say I will mention that back when i had my N/T talon, i had my cousin purchase me a cheap catback ebay exhaust. He accidently bought one for a gst. Guess what.. It fit LOL

I would LOVE to know what your smoking..So I can kill the person selling it.

You know nothing about these cars apparently. The GS and GST are COMPLETELY different.

To the OP. Dont listen to this fool.

Actually, it is what I meant. But a since he plans on turboing in the future I recommended it since it is common to be slightly larger on the gst
Slight searching found this. That's is why in my origional post I stated the exhaust must be a catback system.

The 2G GST and 420A exhausts are routed the same, and the use they same hangers. That's how so many 420A guys use GST exhausts as a cheap upgrade.

The only differences between the two exhaust systems are at the cat, and obviously the downpipes are much different.

I don't think the performance gains are that appreciable though (unless you're talking about buying an aftermarket GST exhaust). If I remember correctly, the GST has a 2.25" exhaust, thus, the only difference between the two is a better flowing muffler.

Ok. I want to hear what happens when he runs a 3" (cat deleted) exhaust from a GST. Tell me how that goes on your car.

I never mentioned anything about a cat delete system, I simply stated that a gst catback will work on a 420a powered car. And if the op is planning to turbo his car like he origionally stated he will need to custom make a downpipe, I had to. If he plans to delete the cat then he will need to either buy a test pipe to attach to the catback system and build the downpipe to the test pipe or build his own test pipe to fit the gap.

This and all of your previous posts in this thread are a classic case of 4g63 guys not knowing what they are talking about when it comes to the 2g NT...

GST exhaust is a very viable solution for a performance upgrade for the 420a...Most people use the 2.5" aftermarket, but a couple of the less intelligible NT owners opt out for the cheap eBay 3". Will it work? Yes. Well? No. The gains from adding a catback system to the 420a are so marginal that the extra .5" matters little.

All of the suspension components are interchangeable between 2g's save for the GSX. They have a slightly different Front lower control arm because of the different front subframe. The Avenger/Sebring and some other "cloud" cars have 2g interchangeable suspension components.

Please inform yourself before you start making fun of other respected members of the NT community. Especially when, for all intents and purposes, you were digging your own grave. Carter_95rs was dead correct with his posts.

You have my formal appology Carter. My mind was closed. I was thinking about the down pipe included. I'm an asshole by nature. Im working on it.
