Ground Wire kit in but now idle surge is back

So i replaced my ground wires as with the groud wire kit install from the article but now i have idle surge anyone can help me with this?

Make dead sure all the grounds are right and tight to metal(not paint). Check around for anything you may have disturbed/disconnecte don accident while doing your last project.

Follow the VFAQ on setting your idle. You have to ground a two items with double ended aligator clips and then adjust the BISS.
