Until I get a picture of what i am talking about, im just going to try to explain.
I have a 1997 GST Auto engine harness w/ the 6-bolt swap, and I now have a AWD 5 speed with the same harness.
I JUST had it running and on the dyno.. pulled the engine to a bottom end rebuild. No change to the engine harness at all. Now this is where i'm trying to figure out. I have two small ground wires w/ eyelets coming off of the stock harness that just bolt to the chassis/firewall. Well, today i was trying to start it for the first time. Looking into the engine bay saw that I forgot to attach them to the car.
Okay, cool. So i did so, and when I got back into my car to turn the key to start it, not one of the side (left) lights that show the check engine, brake, battery lights ect. They aren't working, never seen something like this happen. Now, i know i have power to the ECU, not sure in what i did to not make the ECU not work.
anything else i need to add, let me know so i can get this figured out.
