Grinding going into 3rd and only 3rd

Ok, I'm not sure what is going on here. I've got a grinding going into 3rd. If I shift slow and ease it in there's no grinding, however shifting quickly and under any kind of load will result in a nasty grind. Any ideas?

yep and if you don't do nothing about it fast you might brake more stuff.
