I'm not sure how to get this setup, I feel like I maxed out all the values and I can only reach 13.5 (135) psi of boost.

I'm also running stock 2g BOV, but I was told it should handle up to 17psi fine.

not sure how ebc's work, particularly yours and the settings on it, but did you do a boost leak test?

There's your problem. 2g bov's are very leaky. Toss it away for a 1g. It should handle up to 20psi no problem!
Boost leak is okay but I think it's pointless unless you get a bov that doesn't leak.
My 2g bov hit 13 psi but falls to 10 and stays there.

I ordered the UIP from Dejon. So once I get it, I can install my GReddy Type RZ and hopefully that'll eliminate any bov leak issues.
