Good trade or not?

So i may trade my 91 gsx for a 92galant vr4 shell and a stage 3 team rip tranny, the shell in super clean and has a full tein suspenison which was set up for a 700hp..my car has frame damange and the motor in the car is good but has a bad tranny and leaks oil and i also have no ecu for it right now..i have alot done to the car but i dont have the time or money to put more into buying another shell and buying a tranny for it as well as another ecu and so on..i have an evo 1 motor with 60,000 that i could put into the galant, so i just was wondering what everybody else thought? thanks alot!
